How to File a Grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer with the URL of the article in question.
- Describe the grievance: factual error, defamation, copyright violation, privacy breach, etc.
- Provide supporting documents or evidence where applicable.
- Include your name and contact details.
Acknowledgement & Resolution
- We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours.
- We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days of receipt.
- For takedown requests under court order or law, we comply within 36 hours of receipt.
Self-Regulatory Body
Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the appropriate self-regulatory body or to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Government of India).
